What We Fund

Cobra Mortgage Services funds all types of commercial projects that make sense. We will look at rural projects and urban projects. We will not reject your project just because it’s not in one of the urban centres like Edmonton, Calgary, or Regina. We typically will stick to funding in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
